Operating our presses is very simple. after unboxing attach the legs and slightly tilt the press forward and tighten the legs using a 17mm spanner. The basket fits with the blob on top of the handle facing upward. Pour in your pulp into the basket, lower the compression arm be careful to align the pressure plate into the basket and compress the mixture, removing as much fluid as possible. Raise the arm again, and add some more mixture and repeat the pressing until the basket is about 3/4 full. Raise the pressure arm out of the way and then remove the basket, slightly ease open the basket and remove the briquette. (we have available from our shop a removal block which helps the removal of the briquette.
